Most AI video is typed into a box and hoped for. Ours is directed.
We use real actors, motion capture, and recorded voice performance, then build the digital layer on top. Every frame is composed, corrected, and finished by hand, including painting frames in Photoshop when the pipeline needs it. The AI is a tool in the post chain, not the author.
Real performance first. Actors are cast, directed, and captured on set. Motion capture drives the digital characters, so movement comes from a human body rather than a model's guess at one.
Voice is recorded, not synthesized. Performance carries the character.
Rendered locally. Everything runs on our own NVIDIA hardware in house. No cloud queues, no data center water and power burned on a render, no client footage sitting on someone else's servers.
Our own pipelines. We built the workflows ourselves over two years, which is why we can hold a character consistent across shots, styles, and environments instead of hoping a prompt lands twice.
Finished like film. Composited, graded, and cleaned up frame by frame. The last ten percent is where AI work usually falls apart, and it is the part we do by hand.
What it gets you
Set pieces, environments, and characters that would otherwise need a build, a location move, or a crew you cannot afford. The techniques are new. The standards come from twenty years of commercial work.
