Bay Law wanted a television commercial with the memorable, character driven energy of a Geico spot. Something that built trust and stuck in the viewer's head, and that could also run on social without being reshot.

Character led advertising lives or dies on performance. A mascot that moves wrong or lands a line badly is worse than no mascot at all. And traditional CGI character animation carries a budget that a regional firm is not going to approve.

Prompt based AI does not solve it either. It produces movement that looks close but reads as hollow, because nothing in it came from a human body.

We cast and directed real actors, then captured their performances with motion capture. Those performances drove photorealistic animal characters, so every gesture, beat, and reaction came from a human being on set rather than from a model guessing at one.

The animation was rendered locally on our own NVIDIA hardware rather than pushed through cloud systems, and finished frame by frame through traditional post: motion graphics, color, and sound design.

Then delivered in broadcast spec and in cutdowns for social and digital.

A commercial approved for television broadcast and running as part of Bay Law's ongoing campaign, plus every format needed for digital distribution from the same production.
