Premier Group Insurance brought agency owners, carrier executives, and industry leaders together at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for a multi day conference marking a billion dollars in premium.
They needed the whole thing covered. Keynotes, educational sessions, executive interviews, networking, awards, VIP receptions. And they needed content going out while people were still in the building, not weeks later.
Overnight delivery is easy to promise and hard to run. It means the same team shooting all day is also ingesting, selecting, cutting, and exporting all night, then doing it again the next morning. Add a second brand with its own products and messaging, plus a city wide activation happening outside the venue, and most crews either miss coverage or miss the deadline.
We covered both Case International and New Holland across all three days: executive presentations, keynote sessions, attendee interaction, product displays, and branded environments. Photo and video ran in parallel rather than trading off, so neither discipline was thin.
Separately, we filmed and photographed the Case International branded Las Vegas Monorail moving through the city, turning an outdoor advertising buy into footage the marketing team could actually use.
Each night, the day's material was ingested, organized, cut, and delivered before morning. The marketing team woke up to finished recap videos ready to publish.
Recap videos published on LinkedIn every day of the event, while attendees were still in the room to see them. Complete photo and video coverage of both brands. Documentation of the monorail branding campaign that would otherwise have existed only as a media invoice. And an asset library the team can keep using for social, recruitment, and corporate communications.
