Premier Group Insurance brought agency owners, carrier executives, and industry leaders together at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for a multi day conference marking a billion dollars in premium.
They needed the whole thing covered. Keynotes, educational sessions, executive interviews, networking, awards, VIP receptions. And they needed content going out while people were still in the building, not weeks later.
A conference of that size runs several things at once. Keynote in the ballroom, breakout sessions down the hall, interviews in a side room, receptions in the evening. A single crew has to choose what to miss.
On top of it, the marketing team wanted material they could publish during the event, which meant editing overnight while shooting all day.
We deployed three teams so nothing had to be traded off. Photography and video ran in parallel across every room, with multi camera coverage on the keynote stage and a dedicated interview area running throughout.
Each night, the day's footage was ingested, cut, and prepared for the next morning. The marketing team had finished material to publish while the conference was still going.
Ten speaker highlight reels. Executive interview content built for LinkedIn and corporate social. Full event photography across all three days. Awards and celebration coverage. Multi camera keynote recordings and edited educational sessions. And a complete archival drive, so the content keeps working long after the event.
The material went out on PGI's website, a photo gallery, social channels, and their team has continued using it since.
